Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) 800mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 8.8mg, Vitamin B6 5.6mg, Vitamin B12 100μg. Encapsulated with Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate & Silicon Dioxide). Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Excludes Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast, and Gluten containing ingredients.

Take 1-2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a refrigerator. Long-term intake may lead to mild tingling and numbness at 2 capsules daily.
