White Sage (Salvia apiana) is a variety of sage that grows in the desert and is considered sacred. Traditionally used in purification rituals, it has attracted the interest of numerous scholars and researchers, who found a 94% reduction in bacteria in a room treated with an hour of smudging, the process of burning aromatic herb sticks. When burned, White Sage releases a significant amount of negative ions, which can help improve air quality and promote overall well-being.
Take the White Sage smudge (the bundle of woven leaves), light it, and blow gently to allow the smoke to spread throughout the room.
Place the smudge on a Himalayan spiral burner or a suitable holder.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave the product burning unattended. Use in a well-ventilated area on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
