Allergens: Berberine, tree turmeric, goldenseal, goldthread, Oregon grape, European barberry, phellodendron, chromium.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule once or twice per day at the start of the largest meals of the day or as directed by your healthcare professional. Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid concomitant use with Ciclosporin. Chromium supplementation should be avoided in patients with renal dysfunction.
