Contains vitamins B12, B6, and D3, plus folic acid, selenium, and iodine.

Tapioca syrup, glucose syrup, cane sugar, water, gelling agent: pectin, acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: tri potassium citrate, vitamin and mineral premix (cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), maltodextrin, sodium selenate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine (vitamin B6) hydrochloride, potassium iodide, folic acid), natural flavours, strawberry juice concentrate, colouring food: concentrate of black carrot, glazing agent: carnauba wax.

Adults and kids over 12 should take 2 gummies per day, while kids 3-12 should take 1 gummy per day. Best taken with a meal for good nutrient uptake.
