Fermented grass blend (barley, oat, wheat, alfalfa), alfalfa herb, barley grass, defatted flax seed, oat grass, rye grass, broccoli, ginger root, chlorella, dulse, licorice root, spirulina, kale leaf, defatted sunflower seed, cinnamon bark, and defatted sesame seed. May contain traces of mustard.

Vitamin B12: 10 mcg per serving, Vitamin K: 50 mcg per serving, Iron: 2 mg per serving, Iodine: 150 mcg per serving.

Mix into water or add to smoothies and soups. Recommended for daily use. Store in a cool, dry place.
