Solgar Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12)

High concentration (1000 μg), available in sublingual-chewable tablets, suitable for vegans, vegetarians, kosher, and halal, does not contain sugars, salt, or starch, favors the nervous system, and stimulates the normal formation of red blood cells.

Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), Mannitol, Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Vegetable stearic acid, Vegetable magnesium stearate), Cherry flavor, Cross-linked cellulose gum.

Vitamin B12: 1000 mcg per tablet.

Take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner; place the tablet under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Keep out of the reach of children.
