Evening primrose oil is a natural source of the omega-6 fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). It is used to support various health conditions including menopause symptoms, skin health, and menstrual cycle balance.
High-quality oil with 90mg of GLA, contains 83% NRV of vitamin E, moisturizes skin, supports hormonal balance, may help relieve PMS symptoms.
Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin E, Capsule Shell (Bovine Gelatin, Glycerin). Allergen advice: Excludes Wheat, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk (and milk products), Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish, Yeast, and Gluten-containing ingredients.
GLA: 90mg per capsule, Vitamin E: 10mg per capsule.
1 to 3 capsules daily. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light. Not recommended for epileptics without medical supervision.
