Take up to 3 tablets daily, half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime. Start with one tablet and increase if necessary. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take by pregnant or lactating women. Mild drowsiness may occur; avoid operating heavy machinery and driving until you determine how 5-HTP affects you. Consult your doctor if you are taking antidepressants.
