GOPO Joint Health 120 Caps

Helps maintain healthy joints, rich in Vitamin C for normal collagen formation, contains 524µg of GOPO per 4 capsules.

Rose-hip, gelatin, Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate).

Vitamin C: 40mg per 4 capsules, GOPO: 524µg per 4 capsules.

Initial dosage - 3-5 weeks: 3 capsules twice daily. Maintenance dosage: 2 capsules twice a day. Swallow with water, or split the capsule and sprinkle over food. Store in a dry place below 25°C. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
