5X dilution of Ilex aquifolium HPUS, 27% Alcohol.

Take 2 drops in mouth or in water, sip at intervals. Repeat as needed. For multiple use, add 2 drops of Holly to a 30 ml mixing bottle containing water and take 4 drops at least four times a day. If necessary, the Bach Flower essences can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use. Store below 25°C / 77°F.
