Made from seasonally farmed chicory in Europe, this natural sweetener has no aftertaste and can be used as a vegan honey alternative. It is suitable for diabetics and those counting their sugar intake, with less than 0.5g of naturally occurring sugars per teaspoon and 90% less sugars than white granulated sugar per 100g. It is also high in fibre and acts as a prebiotic, feeding the friendly bacteria in your gut.
