Miso is a flavourful Japanese soya food that makes a rich and satisfying soup. This hearty red miso soup is a dark variety made in Japan without using any MSG.

Freeze-dried miso (whole soybeans, rice, sea salt, roasted barley flour), dried green onion, wakame sea vegetable (4%)

Empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl or cup and add 1 cup (200ml) of hot water. Stir well and enjoy hot. Store in a cool, dry place.
