Purified water, Vitamin B12 as Hydroxocobalamin, Preservative (potassium sorbate).

Vitamin B12: 50mcg per 10 drops.

5 drops 2 times a day in water with food or directly under the tongue. 10 drops provide 50mcg of vitamin B12. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
