Honey, water, Verbascum thapsus (Mullein) extract, Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) root extract, potassium sorbate. Contains honey which has natural sugars. 1 spray contains: 0.1 g carbohydrate, including 0.1 g sugars. Energy 1.6 kJ/0.4 kcal. People with diabetes should take this into account. Each 30 ml bottle delivers 150 sprays.

Shake before use. Seek professional advice before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or suffer from food allergies. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store below 25ºC. After opening, use within 3 months.

Children aged 4 to 12 years: 1-2 sprays up to 6 times daily. Children should use under adult supervision. Not suitable for children under 4 years of age. Adults and children over 12 years: 3 sprays up to 6 times daily. Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
