Trimagnesium dicitrate, extracts of fresh Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora) herb, Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dried root and fresh Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) herb, zinc citrate. Also contains cellulose, calcium phosphates, gum arabic, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (plant origin) and silicon dioxide.
Magnesium: 187.6mg per 2 tablets, Zinc: 1.6mg per 2 tablets, Passiflora extract: 79.2mg per 2 tablets, Valerian extract: 9.8mg per 2 tablets, Lemon Balm extract: 9.8mg per 2 tablets.
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with water. Children: This product is not recommended for children.
